1. Delivery Locations

At this time, Azulera delivers only within the following parishes:

St. Michael
Christ Church
St. James
St. Peter
St. Thomas
St. George

We do not currently offer delivery outside of these locations.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated.

During launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times begin after processing is complete.

Local Deliveries: 3–5 business days

Delivery timing may vary depending on order volume, traffic, weather, and scheduling availability.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

Free delivery promotions may be offered from time to time.

5. Delivery Confirmation

To help protect both our customers and our business, some deliveries may require a signature or confirmation upon delivery.

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the provided address and accepted, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

6. Incorrect Addresses / Missed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order.

Azulera is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or inability to complete delivery at the provided location.

If redelivery is required, additional charges may apply.
